Following the heels of her smashing success as the singing voice of Princess Jasmine on Disney's Alladin, Lea released her first US album.

Her self-titled album was produced by renowned writer/producer/musician Glen Ballard. In addition, the album features her pop hit, "The Journey", which was written by Julie Gold, writer of Better Midler's "From a Distance."
