Our goal is for you to be a satisfied customer and that is important to the staff here, and most importantly, Lea. If you are dissatisfied with the product or customer service you received from us, please contact us by email and we will do everything we can to make your experience a positive one.
If you need to return something, please contact us within 30 days of delivery date for authorization on a return. If the item is defective, please contact us to arrange return of the defective item. Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges on the original order are non-refundable. In addition, all shipping and handling costs to return a defective item will be the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receipt of the defective item, we will either issue a refund of the cost of the item, or send a replacement item free of charge. We do not impose any “restocking fees.”
All items are packaged securely to arrive safely at your door. Upon arrival, open all envelopes or boxes and check for damage or missing items. We strive to ensure that all orders are shipped correctly. If you do find damaged or missing items upon delivery, please notify us within 10 days upon receipt of goods. Any refund which occurs that can be attributed to an error on our part will qualify for a full refund including all shipping and handling charges.
Orders are normally shipped within 1 business day via UPS or USPS.
Shipping charges are based on weight and are calculated via real-time communication with UPS and USPS rate servers. This ensures a fair charge to the customer as well as numerous options for delivery. We have secured discounted rates with UPS and have passed those savings on to you. The discounted rates represent up to a 20% discount off of retail UPS rates (i.e. The UPS Store or directly online). A nominal $1 handling charge is applied to all orders regardless of size or quantity.
International Orders
Please be aware that proper entry of a valid international address is necessary so that UPS or USPS can make a determination of whether shipping to that country is allowed. It is recommended to utilize a valid Paypal account (Google Checkout not available to international customers at this time) to facilitate order fulfillment. If for some reason your shipping address is returned to us as “unverified” or not recognized as valid shipping address, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
In some cases, a package will be returned to us an undeliverable. If that is the case, we will gladly issue a full refund including shipping and handling charges.
Your packages may also be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country the order is being shipped to. Please note that these charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. By proceeding with an international order, you agree that you fully understand your country’s law and regulations concerning imports and that you do not hold us responsible for any fees, charges, or delays in shipment.
Tracking
We will attempt to obtain tracking numbers for all shipments that have one. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine which methods have tracking numbers and select the delivery options that have tracking methods if so desired.
For international orders, it is highly recommended to select delivery options which have tracking methods. Be aware that some tracking methods only track in the United States. One final note, although USPS International First Class Mail may provide a cheaper alternative to international shipping, you do so with the understanding that it will take much longer and have no tracking available.
